Mint Plaza Community Up For Grabs

We learned a condo-mapped luxury rental community situated in downtown's snazzy Mint Plaza is also looking for an investor. The 25-unit Station House No. 1 project near 5th and Mission, designed and redeveloped by S.F.-based Martin Building, is expected to go for north of $20M, says CBRE's Jordan Moss. Condo converters are expected to take interest in the property; pricing for high-quality S.F. condos has exceeded $1,500/SF, notes the listing.
