We talked to Cassidy Turley's Sean McCallum to find out more about the 19k SF lease he brokered with colleague Brad Werner for S.F. Travel's new HQ at One Front. Sean, above in the tenant's new office, says encompassing the charm of S.F. was a must, from the architecture to views to location. The official visitors' guide to the city may be 100 but it's clearly keeping up with the look of its young tech counterparts, moving from an office-intensive layout in Yerba Buena to an open layout with exposed ceilings, wall plants and transparent meeting rooms.
S.F. Travel CEO Joe D’Alessandro wanted the 29th floor office to show off the sights that sell the city, so to speak: Painting the Golden Gate Bridge next to elevators, and framing the floor's 270-degree views that include the Transamerica Pyramid, is a good start.
