We happened to be at Grosvenor's 1 Cal office yesterday on the 25th floor to snap this gem: Through today, people are rappelling down the side of the 230-foot Hyatt Regency Hotel at 5 Embarcadero Center. We learned it's all part of nonprofit Outward Bound's City Skyline Challenge, a fundraiser that costs participants $1,500 to hang over Market Street. (We were welcome watchers, not scalers.)
