JLL Expands Capital Markets Team

The Bay Area is swarming with transactions, so JLL is bringing in the hive to keep up investment sales. And it's hired Erik Doyle from Cornish & Carey Newmark Knight Frank to lead the frenzy.Erik (bottom left), with JLL's San Fran capitalmarkets team, has completed more than $7B worth of transactions totaling 30M SF over his career.He's efficient, too--$1.1B and 5.3M SF of that was one portfolio (the Peery-Arrillaga properties) when he was with CBRE.As managing director with JLL, he'll help expand the office investment sales team in Silicon Valley and throughout NorCal, joined by EVP Will Connors and VPs Ben Bullock and Nicole Zanghi. The new teamalso will work with Pacific Northwest market director ElizabethHearle,who notes the hot sectors now are cloud computing, networking, hardware, and software companies. (Plenty of "wares"--except for wearing ties.)
