Hipsters Party in Hayes

Last night all the hip Hayes Valley kids came out for Alternative Apparel's grand opening, marked by craft cocktails, a DJ, dance party, and downstairs photo shoot. The clothing store, stocked with ethically made wares, has two locales in LA and the one at 424 Hayes is its third. In typical S.F. fashion, the party had a theme and hashtag: #teesme. We liked the bird's nest-style lighting fixture above the register.
