Monday's happy hour crowd took the party to the streets of the Financial District to drop $10 on draft beers (we tried to convince ourselves green food dye must be expensive). Royal Exchange, a popular stomping ground amongst S.F. real estate circles, was packed to the brim. The annual block party is probably the only day of the year a sea of suits can intermingle with a barely dressed leprechaun (with no questions asked).
