Guess Whose 'Stache?

JLL managing director Jak Churton shows us his fast-growing Movember mustache. The San Francisco office has an 80% participation rate (financially or physically)--the highest of any JLL office across the US. They're part of California's Team Nuclear, which raised the most money in the country last year to fight men's cancer. Managing director Wes Powell, another participant, had to take family Christmas photos early this year (at his wife's fuzz-free request). It's "highly irregular" for image-conscious brokers to pair suits with handlebars, he says. Before pitching new business this month, they had to warn clients about their extra fur. Maybe it's good luck? The JLL office is getting ready to close two gigantic leases totaling almost 600k SF before year's end. (Bisnow is having our own Movember challenge: check out the video here.)
