Zanker Road might not be as pricey as Sand Hill Road—but if you're a tenant, that’s a good thing. CresaPartners recently repped Nimble Storage in a 34k-plus office sublease with StarCite, 2740 Zanker in San Jose. The company, which specializes in converged storage and backup solutions, is expanding and relocating from 13.5k SF. According to Dave Tipton, who repped Nimble with Steve Lico, the tenant chose Equity Office’s Valley Technology Centre building because of pricing, plug-and-play capability, and proximity to its current location across the street.
