Apple, CVS-Leased Sites For Sale

An Apple-leased property just hit the market, about nine months after the tech giant signed. HFF's Steven Golubchik says there's already "great interest" from potential buyers, and the same is true for another HFF listing, 581 Market, a 26k SF mixed-use site next to BART, leased to CVS, and renovated in 2012. (Between iPhones and toilet paper, are there really any other necessities in life?) The 53k SF industrial flex Apple building at 455 De Guigne in Sunnyvale got some TIs last year from Novo Construction; the two-story site was constructed in 1976 and Apple's lease runs through 2018.
