Only in S.F. would you find a guitar player and his pal handing out petitions to promote height restrictions in the city. (We snapped this at a ritzy Presidio Heights street corner yesterday afternoon.) The activists were friendly, but their cause is serious. A proposed S.F. ballot measure would require voter approval to exceed height limits along the waterfront and would affect some major projects like the Warriors' new arena site. This crooner wants to get the measure into the June ballot.
