680 Folsom on Deck

TMG Partners is buying and selling in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. It's also getting ready to launch 680 Folsom, the 500k SFredevelopment of a former SBC office building, managing directorMatt Field tells us. Matt anticipates a Q1 start. The office complex, built in the ’60s, will be renovated to state-of-the-art, Class-A standards. Matt says 680 Folsom will boast large (nearly 35k SF) floorplates and tall ceilings—15' deck-to-deck. What’s more, it’s in the heart of SOMA. TMG’s adding the equivalent of three floors to the 12-story building, and when finished, it’ll be a 14-story building. (No wonder we flunked math.) But that’s not all—Zynga leased additional space in TMG’s650 Townsend for the social gaming company’s HQ. (Will it have enough space for FarmVille's sheep?)
