Wood Partners Sells Alta San Marcos

Atlanta-based Wood Partners unloaded its 108-unit Alta San Marcos complex to R&V Management Corp, the San Diego Business Journal reports. The buyer was identified as Alva Gardens LP, which is R&V Management, according to the California Secretary of State. Alta San Marcos was completed in 2013 and was 94% occupied at the time of sale, SDBJ reports.
