Escondido Apartment Trades for $150k/Door

A circa-'70s-era apartment complex still managed to fetch $150k/door. Santa Ana-based Urban Housing Communities just bought Escondido Manor, the 44-unit apartment complex at 1150 N Escondido Blvd for $6.6M. ACI Apartments' Chris Siedenburg brokered the sale for local owners Steven and Cecilia King, according to the San Diego Business Journal. The garden-style apartment project was built in 1979. [SDBJ]
