San Diego-based Presidio Residential Capital has partnered with Coastal Community Builders to develop Seaside Villas, a cluster of eight townhomes in Pismo Beach, between the beach and Downtown. The demand has returned for housing on the Central Coast, Presidio principal Paul Lucatuorto says, but development in Pismo Beach has been virtually nil the last few years. Coastal is a local developer, and groundbreaking is slated for next spring.
