Holland Partners Debuts FORM15 Tonight

The 242-unit mixed-use at 1450 Market St in East Village from Vancouver, WA-based Holland is chasing rents anywhere from $1,600 to more than $4k per month. San Diego Councilman Todd Gloria and Downtown San Diego Partnership VP Daniel Reeves will be on hand this evening for the grand opening. The complex features a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Top amenities include a two-story fitness center, in addition to the massive outdoor fireplace and lounge.
