SR Sells Repositioned Property

SR Commercial has sold 2611 Business Park Dr in Vista to Koch Investments for $13.5M, CoStar reports. SR bought the property less than two years ago for a shade over $10M and then rehabbed the exterior and interior. The 128k SF building dates from 2001. Cushman & Wakefield’s Joe McDermott, Ron King and Bob Willingham repped SR, while Colliers International repped Koch.
