SR Commercial Parks 1031 Money in Oceanside

Eyeing small business improvement, San Diego-based SR Commercial has picked up the Oceanside Commerce Center for $7.5M. SR hopes to push up rents as existing leases expire at the five-building, 70k SF industrial park. SR principal Adam Robinson says with a stabilizing economy, many small business tenants are remerging and seeking space under 5k SF in this market. Voit Real Estate Services' Bob Voit sold the property (with the brokerage help of Micahel Hartel, Joe Winkelmann and Randy LaChance).
