Global Electronics Company Paying 55 Cents/SF For Otay Mesa Facility

An international electronic components maker has secured a location in San Diego—for 58 cents/SF.

Sigmatron International reports in an SEC filing that it inked a 30,200 SF lease through August of next year, paying little more than $17,500/month. While the firm does not disclose the location, its only listed presence here is at Brown Field Distribution Facility-Building A at 1659 Gailes Blvd in Otay Mesa.

Illinois-based Sigmatron leases 117k SF for its West Coast ops at 30000 Eigenbrodt Way in Union City.
