Restaurant Depot Coming to San Marcos

If you're going to buy an empty building, might as well lease at the same time. JRD Real Estate V purchased 700 Rancheros Dr, a 56k SF industrial building in San Marcos, for $6.8M. In turn, the firm is leasing the entire facility to Restaurant Depot. Colliers' Tucker Hohenstein (here) and Mike Erwin brokered the deal.
