CT Realty Buys General Atomics' Facility

CT Realty is breaking into Poway Business Park with the an affiliate of the firm purchasing 13550 Stowe Dr, the 112k SF General Atomics Aeronautical Systems building, for $14.4M from local investors. CT Realty's Carter Ewing says the submarket is extremely tight, with a vacancy rate of 2.4%, and "there's no vacant manufacturing/warehouse space in excess of 75k SF" in Poway. Cushman & Wakefield's Tim Hoag brokered the sale.
