Core Supplement Expanding HQ to Oceanside Flex

Owners of an Oceanside flex industrial property are now really working in their core. Golden Globe Group just inked a deal for Core Supplement Technology at its 26,200 SF building at 2614-2616 Temple Heights Dr. The five-year deal will help Golden Globe reap a little more than $1M from the arrangement. Lee & Associates' Rusty Williams and Chris Roth brokered the deal, which will have Core Supplement expand its current HQ at 4645 North Ave.
