The three-story, 178-room Radisson Rancho Bernardo hotel will be operated by RAR Hospitality, a hotel management and consulting firm. KASHL Corp. has selected RAR to operate the hotel, which opened in 1989 within the suburban community of Rancho Bernardo in San Diego.

“Radisson Rancho Bernardo is a significant addition to RAR Hospitality’s branded hotel collection,” RAR Hospitality founder, CEO and President Bob Rauch said in a statement. “With our comprehensive knowledge of the San Diego market combined with result-driven management services, our team of hotel operations experts will maximize the hotel’s potential.”

The Radisson Rancho Bernardo is off Interstate  15, near many corporate offices, like Boeing, Nokia, Sony, HP, Northrop Grumman, Hewlett-Packard and Petco and San Diego tourist destinations, like San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Legoland, Del Mar's beaches and golf courses. The hotel provides access to a range of amenities and services such as the on-site C3 Restaurant and Bar, a heated pool, a spa, a fitness center, a valet, 3,934 SF of meeting space and a business center, dry cleaning and complimentary high-speed internet.
