Doubletree Hotel in S.D. Trades

A SoCal real estate investor has picked up a prime San Diego hotel. Oak Coast Properties just purchased the 219-room Doubletree San Diego—Hotel Circle for an undisclosed sum. The eight-story hotel includes the Panini Restaurant and a five-story parking garage. CBRE's Bob Kaplan and Rod Apodaca brokered the transaction.
