CityMark Gets the Dough to Start Kettner Lofts

Kettner Lofts has got the goods. Developers of the planned $48M, six-story, 129-unit apartment project set for Kettner Boulevard in Little Italy have scrounged up equity funding from Fident Capital.

Developer CityMark Development will break ground on the project, located at the former Caliber Collision Center, early next year, reports the San Diego Business Journal. [SDBJ]
