Property Management Tech Company Cozy Raises $8.45M

Cozy Services, a Portland-based company that provides property management technology, raised $8.45M in its latest round of funding and sees “profitability on the horizon,” the company reports. Cozy, launched in June 2013, provides property management services to independent landlords and small management companies, including a tenant screening tool, a payment portal and an application center.

Cozy grew over 900% last year alone, according to a recent blog post, and has tripled its business this year. Thus far, 250,000 landlords, property managers and renters have used Cozy to connect. With only 25 employees, Cozy is hiring to keep up with demand.
