Multifamily Community Near University Of Oregon Gets A Facelift

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler is backing Virtú Investments in the company’s latest multifamily endeavor, which is less than a mile from The University of Oregon in Eugene. The community, dubbed Broadway Place, will bring 170 newly renovated units to the market. It offers 13k SF of retail space in addition to its studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Spread over eight buildings, apartments at Broadway Place average 715 SF apiece. Amenities include an underground parking garage, urban terrace gardens and bike storage.
