Port Of Vancouver To Include Waterfront Hotel And Mixed-Use Project

The Port of Vancouver has selected two firms, both of Vancouver, WA, as the preferred developers on projects that will transform its waterfront Terminal 1 property. Holland Partner Group will handle a mixed-use project set to include office, retail and residential components, while Vesta Hospitality will work to develop a hotel, according to the Portland Business Journal.
