LGE Design Build president Dave Sellers tells us the current generation of modern manufacturing buildings will help high-tech companies continue to advance. Recently the company completed a 15k SF aerospace manufacturing machine shop for J.B.'s Precision Industries, which is not only a domestic high-tech manufacturer, but a certified woman-owned small manufacturing business.
J.B.’s Precision Industries needs the building (2320 W Parkside Lane, Phoenix) to grow its business, after leasing for more than two decades. The aerospace and defense manufacturer serves clients such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin. The building has a 16-foot clear ceiling height to accommodate the company's high-tech equipment.
