StarkJames has completed one of Phoenix's more unusual multifamily developments, The Containers on Grand development in Downtown Phoenix. The property includes eight apartments created out of 16 shipping containers.
StarkJames is also developing more shipping container apartments and artists studio space at Portland and Second streets, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.
According to StarkJames' Brian Stark and Wesley James, along with business partner Kathleen Santin, one of the eight container units at the Containers on Grand will be an Airbnb rental for tourists and other travelers. [PBJ]
