CA Investor Bags Phoenix Apts for $14M

Alabasas, CA-based Commercial Realty Consultants acquired the 128-unit Waterford On Tatum apartments at 15425 N Tatum Blvd in Phoenix for $14M, CoStar reports, or about $111k per unit. Alon Schnitzer, Rue Bax, John Kobierowski, Doug Lazovick and Edward Chang of ABI Multifamily represented the seller, Stoneleigh Cos, while the buyer repped itself. The property dates from 1985 and includes 32 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom units.
