The 210-room Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center has opened at Loop 202 and Price Road in Chandler. That marks the brand's fourth location in the Phoenix market, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.
The hotel includes 3K SF of meeting space and adds to the development mix near the East Valley mall. Intel Corp. has a semiconductor fabrication campus near the new hotel.
St. Louis-based Drury Hotels Co., which operates 140 hotels in 21 states, has opened two other hotels this year (in Charlotte and Pittsburgh) and finished the renovation of two other properties. Other properties are planned, including one in Nashville.
