University Of The Sciences Plans New Mixed-Use Dorm Building

The University of the Sciences is planning a new mixed-use building at 4514-22 Woodland Ave, to be developed by Campus Apartments.

The bulk of the project, which will consist of two buildings, is set to be a student dormitory totaling 218 units and 426 beds. The project will also house classrooms and two small retail spaces on the first floor. The larger building will be six stories, and the smaller will be four stories.

The project is planned for a total of about 127k SF, and bike parking will be in place around the buildings. No car parking has been planned for the site.
