Snapped with sledgehammers at the groundbreaking of East Market: National Real Estate Development's Daniel Killinger, JOSS Realty's Larry Botel, Lt Gov Jim Cawley, Mayor Michael Nutter, National Real Estate Advisors' Jeffrey Kanne, Young Capital's Michael Young, IBEW Local 98's John Dougherty, Councilman Mark Squilla.
