Drexel University Student Housing Wins Big

American Campus Communities recently took home two awards from the National Association of Home Builders for Chestnut Square, a student housing community on the campus of Drexel University in Philadelphia.

The 861-bed development was named the 2015 Best Mixed-Use Community and the 2015 Best Student Housing Rental Apartment Community. 

Located on the Drexel University campus and across the street from the University of Pennsylvania, Chestnut Square includes a 24-hour fitness center, a game room and a computer lab, among other amenities. The property is also within walking distance of 30th Street station and minutes away from Center City Philadelphia.
