Law Firm Takes 66K SF at Centre Square

Obermayer Rebman Maxwell & Hippel inked a 66k SF lease at Centre Square, leaving its longtime offices at One Penn Center at Suburban Station. The search was constrained by the limited number of properties with as much contiguous space as the firm required; the law firm will occupy the 33rd and 34th floors of the west tower. The lease, along with a 150k SF pending deal with Radian Group Inc, means the building at 15th and Market streets will be 95% leased for the first time in decades, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. Obermayer was repped by Martin Bond and Jud Wambold of Tacitx Real Estate Advisors, while Christian Dyer and Nick Gersbach of CBRE Inc repped the landlord. [PBJ]
