Home Loan Companies Sign 72K SF Lease In Horsham

507 Prudential Road In Horsham, Pa., Owned By Workspace Property Trust

Two home loan servicers will be moving into 72K SF of offices in the northern Philadelphia suburb of Horsham.

Bayview Loan Servicing LLC and Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC will occupy a 72,381 SF open-concept office at 507 Prudential Road, owned by Workspace Property Trust. The property was part of a 41-building portfolio Workspace purchased from Liberty Property Trust in 2015, all in Horsham.

Paul French and Patrick Brady of Avison Young's Philadelphia office, which recently expanded, brokered the transaction. Lakeview and Bayview are both based in South Florida, with current offices at 1301 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington.
