Exeter Property Group bought the five-building Plymouth Woods Office Center at 521-531 Plymouth Rd in Plymouth Meeting for about $20M. The seller was GPX Realty of Wayne. The property totals 188k SF and is leased to a number of tenants, including Beneficial Bank and Coca-Cola, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. Robert Yoshimura, Joseph Hill and Eric Mattson Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield and Gene McHale and Colin McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate repped GPX Realty. [PBJ]
