Apartments, Retail Proposed Near Divine Lorraine

RAL Cos of New York is proposing two apartment towers and a supermarket for the site at 13th and Fairmount, behind the Divine Lorraine Hotel. Plans include about 480 apartment units and 580 parking spaces. This isn't the first time development has been proposed for the site, reports Plan Philly. In 2006, a plan to redevelop the Divine Lorraine also included this parcel of land to the east of it, but that never came to pass, and the property has traded hands a number of times since then.
