Harkins Builders Reaches Milestone

Founded in 1965, Harkins celebrated the 15th anniversary of its Media, Pa. office recently, which provides pre-con and construction services for Southeastern Pennsylvania, NJ, and Delaware. That’s Pennrose Properties president Mark Dambly at the celebration (far left), relaxing with retired Harkins VP Bob Widmer, who established the PA office, CEO Dick Lombardo, and SVP Mike Ebrahimi. Harkins has built 35 projects for Pennrose since 1999. In addition to a renovation project for Pennrose in Allentown, Harkins is also building a $45M market-rate apartment community for Toll Brothers Apartment Living in Plymouth Meeting. The 398 luxury units, as well as a clubhouse and swimming pool, will be delivered next fall. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
