Mark your planners: 5700 Lower Macungie Rd, a 358k, 10-building industrial/flex complex, is getting a new owner. Day-Timer sold the property in East Texas, Pa. to Smooth-On, a mold and casting manufacturer relocating from Easton, for $3.5M. (This aerial was a good excuse to ride the Bisnow blimp.) Day-Timer had already vacated and wanted to unload its excess real estate, says Cushman & Wakefield senior director Gerry Blinebury. With the Lehigh Valley in high demand and institutional property owners reluctant to sell, he tells us the deal is substantial—it's one of only two assets its size to sell in the valley this year. Gerry repped the seller along with colleagues Patrick McBrideAdam Campbell, Leah Balerno, Marie Connell, Lou Hall, and Daniel Wilkins; NAI Summit's Mike Adams repped the buyer.
