Endurance Expands Central PA Presence

Endurance Real Estate has acquired 325 Salem Church Rd, a 625k SF distribution facility in York (we managed to snap a quick photo from our Bisnow hot air balloon before the rain). Endurance prez Ben Cohen says the facility is well-positioned for food and e-commerce retailers that require 40’ clear heights. (We wonder how many cans of soup we can stack up that high.) This deal is indicative of the kind of product Endurance is looking to pick up, as it provides “a combination of in-place cash flow and the ability to market the entire building from day one to the ever-expanding base of users looking for Class-A bulk warehouse space.” Binswanger’s David Binswanger and Michael Treacy repped the seller, American Signature Furniture, while CBRE’s Joseph McDermott, Vincent Ranalli, and Jake Terkanian are handling the leasing.
