40 is the new 32!

We goofed: last week's story on Endurance Real Estate's acquisition of 325 Salem Church Road in York misstated the clear height of the facility. The actual clear height is 40', not 32' as reported. As Endurance prez Ben Cohen tells us, the 625k SF distribution facility is the kind of product Endurance is looking to pick up, as it provides “a combination of in-place cash flow and the ability to market the entire building from day one to the ever-expanding base of users looking for Class-A bulk warehouse space.” CBRE’s Joseph McDermott, Vincent Ranalli, and Jake Terkanian are handling the leasing.
