Jones Lang LaSalle's new list of the 40 most expensive streets for office space in North America says NY's not #1. Menlo Park, Calif.'s Sand Hill Road ($114/SF average full-service rent) beat out Fifth Avenue (pictured, $97/SF) for the top spot. Rounding out the top five, based on highest individual rents in each market:Greenwich, Conn.'s Greenwich Avenue ($90/SF), Silicon Valley's University Avenue(Facebook's home, $83/SF); and DC's Pennsylvania Avenue (some guy named Obama lives there, $80/SF). Our metro makes another appearance at No. 20, Northern NJ's Campus Drive ($38/SF).
