Parasol Park has officially opened.
The residential community will be next to the Great Park Neighborhoods’ first retail and commercial development, which is in the planning stages, the Orange County Register reports.
Studio One Eleven designed the "Living Room" community building and green house in the 2.5-acre Parasol Park. The green house, where educational classes are offered, is run by The Ecology Center from San Juan Capistrano.
Parasol Park consists of 747 houses and is adjacent to the Orange County Great Park, a city-owned arts and sports recreational hub. [OCR]
