We’re going to invite this guy to our next groundbreaking: sand sculptor JT Estrela of San Diego Sand Castles, who did some work for Sea Summit at Marblehead on the coastal bluffs of San Clemente, which broke ground last week. Taylor Morrison Home Corp is developing 309 houses, a network of oceanfront trails, a private resort club, and 116 acres of protected mesa and canyon habitat on the site.
