Ladera Ranch Mixed-Use Tops Off

SmartStop Asset Management hoisted the final steel beam atop the solar-powered multi-use facility it's developing at 2 Terrace Rd in Ladera Ranch.

The 700-pound beam was covered with signatures, including those from young athletes who will have a new team home at the complex. The 120k SF complex will include a 63k SF public gym, a storage facility with about 230 units operated by ExtraSpace Storage, a private fitness center, and more than 15k SF of office space for SmartStop's expanding HQ.
