The Villas Fashion Island in Newport Beach may be 75% complete, but occupancy for the posh resort-style apartment complex is already running ahead of schedule.

The Irvine Co.'s 524-unit property will offer residents an open-air yoga studio, a dinner delivery on their move-in day and a 4,300 SF fitness center, the Orange County Register reports. A cafè and grocery and dining terraces are among the amenities.

Pets are not left out.

There is a private dog park and services, including walking, washing and babysitting for dogs.

Rents start at $3,450/month for a one-bedroom unit with a study.

The most expensive unit, a 1,630 SF two-bedroom unit with a loft, goes for $8,975/month.
