CRE ELITE TURN OUT FOR CHARITY

Last Thursday night in Newport, we joined the top players in Orange County Real Estate for the 7th Annual Building Block Foundation Gala. (The organization provides a vehicle for CRE folks to invest in the future of OC youth.) We snapped BFF chairman Salvatore Provenza, managing director of CWP Advisors, with event guru Michelle Khuu of the Bascom Group.
Colliers Southern California regional managing director Marty Pupil and up-and-coming Healthcare Properties associate Aaron Phillips(working under the guidance of John Wadsworth) enjoyed some libations while analyzing the cap rates of the silent auction to effectively position their bids.
Auction.com co-CEO Eric Paulsen, Bobby Papoulias, and Cyrus Khadavi. These gentleman are the backbone of Auction.com, the largest commercial real estate auction website in existence and, as you can tell by their expressions, they hate it.
