Eric Schneiderman’s Taking The Donald to Court

NY attorney general Eric Schneiderman says Donald Trump’s Trump University makes false claims to aspiring real estate professionals. Back in 2013, Schneiderman sued Trump for $40M. A Manhattan judge ruled yesterday that the case will go to trial, after Trump had asked that it be tossed, reports the NY Post. The school charges $35k per student in tuition. Trump has called Schneiderman a “lightweight” on Twitter, referencing an alleged attempt to ask his daughter, Ivanka, for campaign contributions. [NY Post]
