Columbia Heights Associates, a group made up of Kushner Cos., CIM Group and LIVWRK, purchased the venerable set of five Brooklyn Heights buildings from the Jehovah's Witnesses for $340M in the summer of 2016, as the religious group pulled up stakes for a new headquarters in Warwick upstate.
